Glencoe area topology change Information
The 69kV branch from Glencoe Municipal to Biscay Junction should be modeled as normally opened once the a 115kV source has been built from McLeod substation to Glencoe Municipal. This correction has been made to the MAPP 2004 series but will need to be made to cases from previous series.

Xcel Energy transmission personnel provided the markets personnel copies of the attachment. All of the information in the attachment was gleaned from interconnection studies that have been published via MISO.
