Although the Midwest ISO is not subject to the requirements of Part 358 of Chapter 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the NAESB Business Practice Standards at WEQ-001-013.1.2, it is subject to Standards of Conduct provided in Appendix A to its Transmission Owners Agreement. Postings required under Appendix A to the Transmission Owners Agreement include: information disclosures, tour notices, and transfers and terminations.
